Day by day itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you with the famous Swahili greeting: “Karibu Tanzania!” You will be transferred to your lodge in Arusha, where you can relax after your journey and enjoy the peaceful African surroundings. Depending on your arrival time, you may spend the afternoon resting by the pool or enjoying the beautiful gardens.

Day 2 – Relaxing Day in Arusha
Today is a relaxing day to recover from your international flight and prepare for the exciting safari ahead. You can enjoy the lodge facilities, relax by the pool, or explore the vibrant town of Arusha through optional activities such as:
- Arusha city tour
- Visit to a Maasai market
- Coffee plantation experience
- Mountain biking in the countryside
This day allows you to ease into the rhythm of Tanzania before heading into the wilderness.

Day 3 – Arusha National Park
Today you visit the beautiful and often overlooked Arusha National Park for your first safari experience. This scenic park lies at the foot of Mount Meru and is known for its diverse landscapes including forests, lakes, craters and waterfalls. It is also famous for its rich birdlife and the striking black-and-white colobus monkeys.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of Mount Meru before returning to Arusha in the afternoon.

Day 4 – Leisure Day or Optional Activities
Today you can either relax at the lodge or choose from several optional excursions around Arusha. One popular activity is a visit to the beautiful waterfalls on the slopes of Mount Meru. A short scenic hike leads you through lush forest to a refreshing natural pool where you can swim beneath the cascading waterfall. Enjoy another comfortable night in Arusha before your safari journey continues tomorrow.

Day 5 – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart to Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Then head to the Central Park area, known as the Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Day 6 – 8 Serengeti National Park
Next, you travel to the legendary Serengeti National Park, one of the greatest wildlife destinations on Earth. The Serengeti is best known for the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. Spend three unforgettable days exploring the vast plains with your expert guide.

Day 10 – Flight to Zanzibar
Today you take a scenic domestic flight to the exotic island of Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your beachfront resort. Over the next few days you can relax on the island’s famous white-sand beaches, swim in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, or explore the historic streets of Stone Town.

Day 10 – Flight to Zanzibar

Day 11 – 13 Zanzibar Beach Escape

Day 14 – Departure
Depending on your flight time, you may spend your final hours enjoying the beach before transferring to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your international flight home.
If you’re not ready to leave, you can extend your holiday to nearby tropical islands such as Mnemba Island, Pemba Island or Mafia Island.
